Now for some more l33t javascriptx0ring skillz. Since the Chicago Tribune doesn’t carry all my favorites comics, which I grew up on while reading the Columbus Dispatch, I’m lacking in my comic reading. And beyond that, I don’t even read the Trib. So, I decided I’d write a script that would display all my favorites on one easy-to-read webpage, retrieved from each of the comics’ own webpages. Well, some smartasses at a couple of the syndicates that publish these wonderful comics decided they’d be all fancy and use either an apparently random string of numbers in each filename or use a CGI program to detect whether the referring page is registered to show the comic or not. So unfortunately, I’m missing a whole bunch of my favorites, but if I had to pick my very very special favorites out of those, I think I lucked out as far as which ones I was able to access with no problems. So here it is.

Yeah, I know I haven’t updated in a while. I’m back at school now. I’m busy. Deal with it. I had my 2nd conversation with God–er, Larry Combs today. I met him originally almost a year ago when I went to his recital down at DePaul University. It turns out his father also used to take him to Ohio State games when he was a tyke. Do you know what this means? I SHARE SOMETHING IN COMMON WITH LARRY COMBS!!

Well, I’m finally back at school. I’ve actually been back since Saturday, but I decided that I’d update from Linux, and since I didn’t actually get ethernet working until this morning (well, actually last night - but I was too lazy to reboot and realize the fruits of my labor), I’m updating now and not a long time ago. Yeah. My room’s all big and stuff. It’s nice. Bye.

A disgustingly large portion of today was spent honing my FreeCell skillz. I finally have a winning record! 458-457 as of right now! Pitiful isn’t it, over 900 games of FreeCell since I last reinstalled Windows, which was only like in June. Today, I also got my best win streak. Fifteen consecutive victories! Pimpiddy pimp pimp pimp. Statistics.

Went to the Ohio State game this afternoon. Good lord the Buckeyes’ defense pimped up. Four touchdowns - by the defense! By the DEFENSE. Boo yeah.
